L'Hotel |

| L'Hotel Genio è situato nel
centro storico di Portovenere, nella piazza principale del
paese ed è esso stesso un suggestivo monumento storico. |
| Il nostro albergo è cinto
infatti dalle antiche mura medievali e dalla Torre Capitolare
che delimita l'entrata nel borgo antico, a pochi passi dal
mare. |
| La struttura è dislocata su
diversi livelli con ampie terrazze vista mare e solarium. |
| Sin dal 1813 si hanno
testimonianze di soggiorni presso la nostra struttura di
illustri personaggi storici come Guglielmo Marconi, inventore del telegrafo
e della radio che lasciò la sua firma nell'album
storico dell'hotel. |
| Anche la compagnia del celebre
comico dialettale ligure Gilberto Govi ebbe modo di godere
delle bellezze del borgo soggiornando nel nostro albergo,
così come molti altri illustri artisti. |

| The Hotel Genio is situated in the historical center of Portovenere,
in the main square of the town and is itself an evocative historical
monument. |
| Our hotel is encircled in fact
by the ancient medieval walls and the Torre Capitolare that delimits the entrance
of the village, a few steps from the sea. |
| The structure is dislocated on various levels with wide terraces
with sea-sight and solarium. |
| Since 1813 there are
testimonies of vacations in our structure of illustrious historical personages
such as Guglielmo Marconi, inventor of the telegraph and the radio who left its
signature in the album of the hotel. |
| Also the company of
the famous dialectal Ligurian comic Gilberto Govi enjoyed the beauties of the village
with a stay in our hotel, like many other illustrious
artists. |

Das Hotel

| Das Hotel Genio liegt am
Hauptplatz von Portovenere nur wenige Schritte von der
Bushaltestelle und des Hafens entfernt. |
| Aufgebaut auf den
mittelalterlichen Fundamenten verbindet es die nordliche
Schutzmauer mit dem Haupttor und den Torre Capitolare. Durch die
Hanglage wiederspiegelt das Hotel Genio mettels Terrasierung die
landwirtschafliche Nutrung beschrankter Bodenflachen und bietet
mit der Sonnenterasse und dem garten dennoch genugend Raum zur
Entspannung. |
| In unsere Gaestebuch, welches
bis ins Jahr 1813 zuruckgeht, finden wir unter anderem den
Erfinder des Fernschreibers und Radio Guglielmo Marconi, aber
auch Kunstler wie den Komiker des ligurischen Dialektes Gilbrto
Govi, welchen die Schonheit und Anmut von Portovenere genossen
hatten. |

historique. |
| Le nôtre hotel est ceint en effet des anciennes mure médiévaux et de la
Torre Capitolare qu'il délimite l'entrée dans le bourg, à
deux pas de la mer. |
| La structure est disloquée sur des différents niveaux avec des vastes terrasses
avec vue sur la mer et solarium. |
| Depuis le 1813 ont des témoignages de séjours prés de notre structure
d'illustres personnages historiques comme Guglielmo Marconi,
inventeur du télégraphe et de la radio qui laissa sa signature dans l'album historique de l'hôtel. |
| Même la compagnie du celebre comique dialectal ligurien Gilberto Govi
a eut mode de jouir des beautés du bourg pendant un sejour dans
le nôtre hotel, ainsi comme beaucoup d'autres illustres
artistes. |
